Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer FREE Express Delivery to the USA only.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: The shipping time for all orders is between 7 to 15 business days. Standard processing time is 12 to 48 hours.
Q: Where is my order?
A: You can track your order using the tracking number sent to you via email.
Q: What is my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number will be sent to you via email 2 to 3 days after your order is placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 days, please contact support at hello@tinybrightminds.com.
Q: I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?
A: Simply contact us at hello@tinybrightminds.com with your full name and mailing address, and we will resend your tracking number.
Q: How can I make changes to my order?
A: If you need to make changes to your order, contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. We can change:
- Your delivery details
- Your name
- Your email
- Your phone number
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: You must contact us within 6 hours to cancel your order. We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.
